CNC machined from a solid block of 6061-t6-billet aluminum. Extensive external and internal machining keeps the weight to a minimum without sacrificing strength. All threads are formed tapped to help eliminate stripping. 8mm bolts hold the handlebars tight while 6mm bolts on the steerer clamp keep everything pointing straight.
